Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, white-glove delivery usually takes 7-14 business days to ensure your pieces arrive safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a pickup. Note that a restocking fee may apply for items not in their original packaging.
Is assembly required for Naan Furniture products?
Many of our larger pieces, such as sofas and dining tables, come pre-assembled or include professional white-glove assembly. Smaller accent pieces may require minimal assembly with tools provided in the box.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Naan Furniture items include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Can I request fabric or wood swatches?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for our upholstery and wood finishes so you can see and feel the materials in your own light before making a decision.
