At Naan Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
